Sports Therapist. Strength & Conditioning Coach. Founder of Fuel Train Recover.

My background in competitive football — and my own experience of a serious knee injury — shaped the way I approach rehabilitation.
I understand that recovery can challenge you physically and mentally. The uncertainty about what comes next can be just as frustrating as the injury itself.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification. My work combines rehabilitation principles, progressive training and ongoing support to help people move towards their goals.
Successful rehabilitation is about gradually rebuilding strength, improving what your body can do and developing confidence through a progressive plan.
I created Fuel Train Recover to make that process more accessible and personal, with online rehabilitation coaching alongside mobile sports therapy.
Find your way to work with meFrom an individual assessment to explaining the principles behind recovery, my focus is helping people understand their next step.

Start with your injury history, current abilities and what you want to get back to.
Follow a programme tailored to your starting point, equipment and schedule.
Review your training, ask questions and adjust the plan as your abilities develop.
Work towards the strength and confidence your activity demands.
Rehabilitation should be based on what you can currently tolerate and how you’re progressing — with respect for healing restrictions and medical guidance.
Whether you’re working towards sport, returning to the gym or looking for hands-on treatment at home, my focus is to help you understand the process and take the next step with a clearer sense of direction.
